UNIVERSAL TESTING MACHINE
Forging is a manufacturing process that involves shaping metal using localized compressive forces. The blows are delivered with a hammer (often a power hammer) or a die, helping to eliminate defects such as porosity from the casting process, optimize the microstructure, and preserve the integrity of the metal's flow lines.
The mechanical properties of forged parts are always superior to those of cast parts made from the same material.
SHOCK TESTING MACHINE
Sand casting is a process that uses natural clay-bonded sand molds, a method with a long history and wide application. Our casting foundry is located in Xiangyang City, Hubei Province, China. The facility covers over 1.3 million square feet (122,200 m²) and employs 300 people.
