DIE CASTING
Die casting is a process in which molten metal is forced under high pressure into mold cavities that are machined into dies. Most die castings are made from non-ferrous metals, specifically zinc, copper, aluminum, magnesium, lead, pewter, and tin-based alloys, although ferrous metal die casting is also possible.
The die casting method is particularly well-suited for applications requiring large quantities of small to medium-sized parts with fine detail, high surface quality, and dimensional consistency.
Available Materials: Aluminum, Zinc, Magnesium
Available Finishing Options: Zinc plating, Powder coating, Chrome plating, Nickel plating
